Maxwell® RSC RNA FFPE Kit
Benchtop RNA Purification from FFPE Samples
The Maxwell® RSC RNA FFPE Kit is used with the Maxwell® RSC Instruments to provide an easy method for efficient, automated purification of RNA from mammalian formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. The kit does not require the use of hazardous organic solvents, such as xylene, ensuring a safer protocol than other common methods.
The Maxwell® RSC Instrument can process from 1 to 16 samples and the Maxwell® RSC 48 can process from 1 to 48 samples in a single run. The Maxwell® RSC Instruments are supplied with preprogrammed purification procedures and are designed for use with predispensed reagent cartridges, maximizing simplicity and convenience.
Applications
Purified RNA is suitable for variety of downstream assays including RT-qPCR, arrays and sequencing.
