Shipping Schedule
Orders of products stored at room temperature received by us on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be shipped the same day if ordered products are available in our warehouse. Orders received on Thursday or Friday will be shipped on following Monday. Orders of products stored in a fridge or freezer will be shipped on following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery usually takes up to 2 to 3 working days. Your order may be delayed if an item is not in stock.
Shipping Rates (effective 1st January 2023)
Orders with a net value greater than 2 300 PLN are delivered free of charge. Additional freight charge of 142 PLN net value will be applied for orders with a net value smaller than 2 300 PLN.

Recyclable Packaging
We strive to use packaging materials that maximize product integrity and performance while minimizing environmental impact. All our products are packaged with recyclable materials, such as paper-based unbleached cardboard boxes. Heat-sensitive products are shipped in polystyrene boxes because they meet protection, durability and temperature stability requirements best. In order to avoid unnecessary fuels by picking up or returning the shipping materials, Promega GmbH participates in the green dot and thus supports the return of the raw materials to local circles.
