Polyclonal secondary antibodies raised in goat or donkey, immunoaffinity-purified using corresponding immobilized antigens and conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (AP) enzyme. Polyclonal secondary antibodies raised in goat or donkey, immunoaffinity-purified using corresponding immobilized antigens and conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (AP) enzyme. The products (unless otherwise noted) are supplied as 1mg/ml solutions. The Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), AP Conjugate and Anti-Rat IgG (H+L), AP Conjugate antibodies bind to both heavy and light chains for all IgG subclasses. The Anti-Rabbit IgG (Fc), AP Conjugate antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG but not with the light chains. The Anti-Human IgG (H+L), AP Conjugate antibody reacts with heavy and light chains of all subclasses of human IgG as well as with light chains on other human immunoglobulins; it displays minimal cross-reactivity to horse or bovine serum proteins. As with all antibodies, in certain applications some species-dependent antigen-dependent cross-reactivity may be observed. A starting working dilution of 1:2,500 is suggested for most Western blot, dot blot and ELISA applications. The optimum concentration of secondary antibody depends on the application and will need to be empirically determined.

Donkey Anti-Goat IgG, AP Conjugate is a secondary antibody developed in donkeys against goat IgG; it has been affinity-purified and conjugated to alkaline phosphatase.
